William Charles Rice

William Charles Rice was born on October 21, 1952, to Lucious and Mae Lois Purdie Rice. He was a well-known citizen of North Little Rock, Arkansas.

William was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lucious and Mae Lois Rice; siblings, Linda Franklin, Clarence Rice, Priscilla Smith, and Treopia Rice; his nieces, DelSandra Franklin and Tiffany Rice, and his grandson, DeMaurio Scott.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Charles Dickerson, LaMonica Scott, Antonio Rice, Gloritha Scott, and Kim Rice, as well as 19 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
