Rosie Lee Singleton (Conley) was born, February 1, 1950, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Roosevelt Conley and Willie B. Conley (White).

Rosie Lee accepted Christ at White City Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Elvin Jackson where she served as an Usher and Youth Director. She continued her spiritual journey at Abundance of Grace Baptist Church under the leadership of Paster Anthony Ruffin.

Rosie Lee was united in holy matrimony to Otis Singleton Jr. She was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She never met a stranger. She opened her heart, her home and provided a listening ear to her beloved family and friends. She had a kind spirit and loving heart. She granted unwavering love and support to her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rosie Lee graduated from Southeast High School in Pine Bluff, AR in 1968 where she was also crowned Queen of Southeast High School.

Rosie Lee departed this life Wednesday, June 10, 2026, with her family by her side at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Singleton Jr., father Roosevelt Conley, mother Willie B. Conley (White), brother LeRoy Conley, sisters Inell Fogle & Dora Scull and niece Carolyn Denise Battles.

Rosie Lee leaves to cherish her memories, loving daughter: Linda (Kenneth) Faucette, Little Rock, Arkansas; three sons: Calvin Singleton, Benton Arkansas, Myron Singleton & Derrick Starks, Little Rock, Arkansas; grandchildren: Lantonio (Whitney) Singleton, LaTonya Singleton, Lisa Young, Keylon Faucette, Darrion Barker, Khi (Nikki) Singleton, Quan (Kizer) Singleton, Zana Bridge, Navaeh Bridge, Hope & Faith Singleton, Tarria Jones, Myron Singleton Jr., Mytaia Singleton, Mytavius Singleton, Aniya Singleton, Arabella Singleton: 24 great grandchildren. Five sisters: Barnell Conley, Lillie Piss, Joyce (Johnny) Atkins all of Little Rock, Arkansas; Viola (James) Cogshell, North Little Rock, Arkansas, Mary (Dewayne) Faucette, Conway, Arkansas; three brothers: Henry Conley, William (Joyce) Conley and Ronnie Conley all of Little Rock, Arkansas: a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
