Our beloved Father, brother, friend, John Evans Raglin, also known as Lone Wolf, peacefully passed away on December 5, 2025.
John was born in Woodson, AR to his parents Rufus Raglin, Sr. and Arnetta Raglin. He attended Mills High School in Sweet Home, AR. He took a job at Cal-Ark in Arkansas where he leaned into his passion for diesel mechanics. He later relocated to Springfield, IL where to took a job at International Trucking, as a mechanic. He also became a parent to his first 2 children, Arnesha & Erin. After relocating back to Arkansas, he later remarried, a union of which became his youngest children, twins, Alexandra & Samantha.
He got the name the Lone Wolf from his stubborn ways, always wanting to do live by his own rules. Anytime the weather was acceptable for the "fish to bite" as he would say, you could always find him fishing. Croppie and Brim were his favorite fish to catch! He could tell stories of his fishing adventures for hours on end if you let him. Whenever he was not fishing, his 2nd favorite passion was working on cars.
Proceeded in death by his parents, Rufus Raglin, Sr. and Arnetta Stelivan, siblings, Rufus Raglin Jr, Morris Raglin, Iceola (Stein) Raglin, and grandson Darin Porter, Jr.
Survived by his daughters, Arnesha (Raymond) Floyd (GA), Erin Raglin (TN), Alexandra Raglin and Samantha Raglin (AR), his siblings, Delores Withers, Vernon Darnell Raglin, Sr., Micheal Raglin, Sr. (Tina Raglin), Kim Raglin, Ida Raglin, Terry Raglin, Sr., Stacy Raglin (Tracy Raglin), his life partner, Crystal Brooks, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
My he forever rest by still waters, where the fish always bite and the days never end!
