Gerry Lynn Hubbard

Gerry Hubbard departed this life surrounded by love and embraced by his cousin, Lashonda Ashley, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Hubbard; grandson, Jaylon Dedmon; mother, Florida Mae Smith; sister, Sherry MaHoney; and grandfather, Jessie Smith & step Grandson, LaDaris Galburth

Gerry was known for his outgoing personality and loving spirit. He began his spiritual journey at Second Baptist Church. He had a passion for cooking, feeding others, and proudly sharing his culinary talents with family and friends. His warm heart and generous nature touched everyone who knew him.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved daughter, Antwania “Twania” Hubbard; stepdaughter, Michelle Galburth; granddaughter, Deshala Hubbard; step-granddaughter, KenTeria Banks; great-granddaughter, Aniya Fullwood; step-great-grandchildren, Samiyah Galburth, Ladarrow Jr., and Da’Arious Galburth; brother, Michael Jones (Teresa Jones); special cousin, Ann Ashby-Ash (Jimmy Ash); best friend, Will Starks; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.

Gerry will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
