Emma Jean Watson

Mrs. Emma Jean Watson was born on May 6, 1934 to Jessie Williams and Ada Gardner. Mrs. Watson transitioned from her earthly home on April 19, 2026. She is preceded in death by her children Jody Bobby Garnett, Linda Watson and Norma Jean Watson.

In 1965, Emma moved from Arkansas to Saginaw, Michigan. In 1967, she moved to the Saginaw Housing Commission. Mrs. Emma “Babydoll” Watson was full of life, full of love, joy, peace, and kindness. Everyone who knew Mrs. Watson loved her. She had so much love for her family. She knew how to cook and loved cooking. She loved to pray and loved church. Mrs. Watson was a mother to all and will be truly missed.

To cherish her memory, Mrs. Emma Watson leaves her children; Walter Watson, Jr., Charles (Peggy Green) Watson, Gary (Marchetta) Culpepper-Watson, Shirley Watson, Helen Aluko Watson, Larry Love Watson, and Ruby Jean Watson. Mrs. Watson also leaves many grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
