She is preceded in death by her husband; Roosevelt Boykins, one daughter; Erica Miller, mother; Emma Carr and two sisters; Vearesta Briggs and Fannie Pennington, two best friends; Alice Smith and Jane Scott. She leaves to cherish her memory one son; Freddie Ezekiel, one sister; Rosetta (Fredrick) Guy, one aunt; Mary Fitzpatrick, grandchildren; Lachaunda (Germany) Pree, Emma Miller, J’Hardy Miller, Cordell Willis, Lasha Brown and Patrick (Vasti) Brown, great grandchildren; Cory’yonna Pree, Gernei Pree, Kaiden Garland and Corleiah Pree, One best friend; Melody Shavers and a host of relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19, 2022, Greater Works Christian Church, 3517 Asher Avenue. The family will receive friends, Friday, November 18, 2022, 6-7pm, Hardy Funeral Home Memorial Chapel, 5300 West 12th Street.
