Debra Janice Bryant-Davis

Debra Janice Bryant Davis was born on August 30, 1961, In Little Rock, Arkansas to Reverend Freddie Lee and Viola Bryant, Sr. She accepted Christ at an early age and united with the St. John Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend C. Dennis Edwards, I. While at St. John, she was a member of the Usher Board and sang in the Tabernacle Choir.

She graduated from Parkview High School in 1979. In 1991, she united in holy matrimony with Artis Brian Davis, Jr., and to their union one son was born, Donovan.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frank and Pauline Givens, and paternal grandparents, Julius and Thelma Bryant, Sr., and her brother, Freddie Lee Bryant, Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Artis Brian Davis, Jr. of Houston, Texas, son, Donovan Davis of Houston, Texas, parents, Reverend Freddie Lee and Viola Bryant of Little Rock, Arkansas, sister, Cathy Chambers (Bruce) of Midlothian, Texas, as well as a host aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.
