Damon Deshayne Thornton

Damon DeShayne Thornton was born October 29, 1985, to Robin Thornton and Darrell Martindale, in Little Rock, AR. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Little Rock Central High School. He was a devoted employee with Welspun Tubular LLC, his most recent time, from December 5, 2022, until he passed. Damon was known to be a very hard worker. He loved cars and his silver chains. He was a diehard Boston Celtics fan; he also loved the Denver Broncos.

Damon received his wings on Friday March 14, 2025. He was proceeded in death by his grandmother Mildred Thornton, his uncle Jerry Thornton, and his brother Darrell Thornton.

Damon leaves to cherish his memory; seven daughters Khaila and Kyira Thornton (Britney), Ayriana and Ashtyn Thornton (Candis), Emersyn Thornton (Symone), DaVita Thornton (Amanda), all of Little Rock, AR; Imani Thornton of Henderson, NV; one son Devin Gardner (Shanitra), all of Little Rock, AR. His mother, Robin Thornton; his father Darrell Martindale, of Little Rock, AR. Two sisters; Shantee Thornton of Little Rock, AR; ShaKeenan Williams of San Diego, CA; his aunt Sandra Thornton Brown of Little Rock, AR; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
