Brandon Eugene Johnson

April 8, 2007 — December 23, 2025

Little Rock

Brandon Johnson was born on April 8, 2007, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to LaQuenta Bankston and Harold Johnson. On December 23, 2025, Brandon transitioned from this life, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unforgettable memories.

Brandon was a deeply loved young man whose warmth, compassion, and bright spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. He was known for his generous heart, his ability to make others feel seen and valued, and his consistently positive outlook on life. Brandon carried big dreams, hope, and determination wherever he went, and his future was filled with promise. His smile, laughter, and genuine care for others will be forever missed.

Brandon attended Southwest High School, where he continued his love for playing the violin. He was also a proud graduate of Arkansas Graduate School. He cherished spending time with family and friends, enjoyed playing his game 2K, and was well known for acting goofy and bringing laughter to those around him.

Brandon was preceded in death by his father, Harold Eugene Johnson; his son, Brandon Johnson Jr.; and his beloved great-grandmother, Mercedia Mooney.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, LaQuenta Bankston; his grandmother, Yolonda Davis; his sisters, Kamarie Bankston, Dnyla Burnett, Ava Bankston, and Laila Burnett; and his brothers, Devon Burnett and Dovente Burnett. He is also survived by his girlfriend, LaDestiny Lambert; his honorary brothers, Devon Henderson, Pedgrian Jones, and Shawn Gatson; along with a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends who mourn his loss.

Brandon is remembered with love by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. Though his time was far too short, his impact will live on through the memories shared and the love he gave so freely.

He will always be remembered, cherished, and held close in the hearts of those who loved him.
