The baby of the bunch, Bobby “Ronnie” Wilson, was born on June 17, 1957, to the late Early Wilson and Charle Mae Pugh-Wilson. Bobby’s earthly journey came to a peaceful end on July 3, 2026, when he entered eternal rest.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Early Wilson and Charle Mae Pugh-Wilson; his brother, Freddie Franklin; and his sister, Paulette Darrough.
He leaves to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 22 years, Joyce Wilson; his daughters, Roslynn Wilson-Parks of San Diego, California, Yvette Wilson of Little Rock, Arkansas, Talonda Wilson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and Lawonna Whaley of White Hall, Arkansas; his son, Robert Wilson of Pine Bluff, Arkansas; and his two stepdaughters, Katrina Rose of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Latoya Kabelele of Alexander, Arkansas; four loving sisters: Sandra Dean (Mickey) of Kansas City, Missouri; Myrtis Darrough, widow of the late Jarvis Darrough, of Moscow, Arkansas; Dianne Gaines (Albert) of Monticello, Arkansas; and Allene Mitchell of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Bobby shared a special bond with his beloved granddaughter, Tyquinica Scott, whose unwavering love and devoted care brought him great comfort during his final days. He also leaves to cherish his memory 16 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Bobby’s love, kindness, and gentle spirit will be forever cherished by his family, friends, and all who were blessed to know him. Though he is no longer with us in body, his memory and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
