Bobby Ray Gantt

Bobby Ray Gantt., was born July 9, 1958, to Roosevelt Sr. and Mildred Eurnice Gantt in Little Rock, Ark., He went to be with the Lord on Monday on December 15, 2025, at UAMS with family by his side.

He is preceded in death by his parents Roosevelt Sr. and Mildred Gantt; two sisters, Lillie Gantt Lyons, and Luenetter Gantt Bobo.

Bobby loved life and he loved being with family. He was the family’s comedian with his ending line “It’s A Done Deal!” In addition, he considered himself to be a grill master for family gatherings and loved to fish.

He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters; Tameki Gantt Carter TaShundra Gantt, Latasha Gantt Jackson (Ray), Kenyetta Gantt. His siblings; Gloria (Melvin) Smith, Roosevelt Gantt, Charles Gantt, Tony (Trina) Gantt. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. A very special Aunt Rose Scott Abernathy.
